As someone who is prone to becoming Overloaded - I've started educating myself about my triggers and what I can actually do about it.
Rest
Do some deep breathing
Practice my affirmations
Take alone time
As a parent, I can't always remove myself from noise and chaos. Sometimes I'm able to let my husband know when I'm close to being out of battery and grab a few minutes to myself but not everyone has that luxury.
I'd like to know what others have experienced? And what gets you through it?
